Juanita:

I wouldn't go so far as to say NPEC is the reason why MDIN exists. MDIN bought all its assets from Sierra la Plata S.A.

After speaking with management, it's my sense and opinion that we will continue to see a distinction between the two companies and eventually there won't be any "arbitrage". It will simply be two distinct mining companies, one (NPEC) of which holds an equity position in the other (MDIN) and is a minor on some of the other's projects.

For the near term, 2-4 weeks, I expect to see the current trend continue for many of the reasons I've already indicated. Meanwhile we can rejoice that NPEC's fundamental value is increasing substantially and eventually the market will realize it.

Cheers,

KMT

I like your side and KMT's. NP has production that may be going better

than most think and six months ago had none! In fact cash flow is a key
to any operation, NP has a good cash flow for the first time ever IMO.

That speaks very well for little dilusion of the stock over time. Add that
to the bottom line and a audit could look real good for the report to
the SEC, Nasdq, etc for a reporting company. Heck you may be right they
may make the chart look good just in value.

Regards,
Jim....
