The subject is the enemies alien act. It requires no due process at all.
And even what Broken Cuck posted to you is just a snippet of an overall article and taken out of context.

Nowhere does it say that the government can simply deport undocumented immigrants without a trial and without ANY due process. The only thing the government is not obligated to provide is free legal counsel to illegal immigrants who can't afford it, but even then there are many public resources available to immigrants, so that's kind of a moot point.
