Joe, Cut with the crap. If you've got information, pass it along. I must say I am suspect of anyone who admits to have sold 100 shares at 0.09. What't the point of the transaction. It appears only bent on keeping the price down. Anyone could have gotten more than 0.09 during the time period you have stated with a minimal excercise of judgement.

It's probably less a matter of competence and more a matter of limited resources. It's pretty common knowledge that the SEC with it's limited resources does not do a very good job of policing the netherworlds of the bb companies. They simply cannot investigate every complaint that comes along.
