Brinker's forecast on Moneytalk was a large cap led rally to new
highs featuring special strength in large cap high tech stocks
like Microsoft, Intel, Dell, Cisco etc. Last time I checked these
stocks were roaring up leading the market to new highs.

Bob said that he expects the NASDAQ to make a new high in the near future as it catches up with the Dow & S&P. I believe the NASDAQ is composed 70% or so by small caps. So while small caps will lag they too will succumb to the great bull.
