What's wrong with using the same processes that President Biden used to let all these criminals and aliens in, including the gottaways and gang murderers? The Dimms and their rogue partisan hack judges were as silent as their fakenews. Nobody cared on the other side. Now they are apoplectic over due process. HYPOCRITES...DUH! ********************** AAR, Tyrus on The Gutfeld show came up with a brilliant solution. Deport anybody and everybody breaking the law and already with deportation papers, and give them a future court date on a piece of paper for their "Due Process Court Appearance" a dozen years or more in the future, just like they get on the way in for their court cases that they rarely if ever show up for. Sounds extremely fair and balanced to me.
