Shows the difference between the 7,3,10 not going oversold and not bouncing... and, going oversold...breaking the 13,8,8 three days after crossing out of overbought. A few more days down from here would be required to do it again. It's possible.

The 7,3,10 is leaving overbought. The 13,8,8 has not necessarily rolled over...yet. The 89,3,5 is very weak. The warning sign is flashing red again.
