Yes, .....same offering. Previous offering was withdrawn in Dec. during the height of the "Asian Contagion". I predict that ARX stock price will be soft until the market judges how well management puts the approximately $15M to work after debt is paid off. I know that I'll be looking to pick up some shares again in ARX after having made a nice profit earlier.

<<<The company said it will use its proceeds to repay about $10 million in bank debt and for working capital and general corporate purposes, including facilities expansion and potential acquisitions.

A registration statement was previously filed in November, 1997 and withdrawn in December, 1997, offering three million shares of common, with 2.5 million offered by the company and the balance offered by selling stockholders.

The company had cited ''unfavorable market conditions'' for the withdrawal. >>>

Last time they floated the additional shares, the stock pulled back, they may be assuming that the recent buyers won't bail on this, but I'm not so sure. Perhaps the AG Edwards clientele will be enough to keep it above 10, if not you could be looking at 8 again. Will continue to watch. bp
