Looks like those pricing pressures are hitting the stocks fairly hard today. Its not really new though. QNTM said that they were losing money on their high end DD in the last conference call. What we need to know is if they have been able to reduce costs as they hoped to do and what the inventory channel currently looks like. QNTM was taking a conservative approach to new production and shouldn't be caught holding any large amounts of inventory they would be hit by new price reductions. I think this has worse implication for less diversified players like SEG. Just my opinion.
