This quote from Cross-Eyed Patel says it all: As the first public defender who's ever served the FBI as its director, I am more aware of due process than any predecessor in my seat. This guy really thinks being a public defender makes him "more qualified" on the issue of due process than anyone else who ran the FBI? What an arrogant asshole. He says the Constitution doesn't say what it literally says. And he claims to read the Constitution every day. Who the f-kk confirmed this guy? All 51 Republican senators who voted in favor should be flat out ashamed of themselves. All 51 Republican senators should be dragged over the coals at their respective town halls for this.
