LOL, I remember that time as well, oversaturated. Seemed all the girls had Supertramp shirts and top hats. I don't know much but I classified their older stuff as progressive as they were doing longer songs (outside of the 2-4min radio hit) and using brass/woodwinds and organ different from other bands. Not enough guitar for my liking from the songs I heard. Though this one does have a chimey 12 string. youtube.com
