Dear Big Bee : Good questions.Please check the footnotes again and you will see the phrase "...assuming the acquisitions of ..... had occurred on April 1,1995." the numbers would have looked like(my words)etc.We didn't wait the whole year to let such a disaster(to the bottom line) happen .We discontinued,stripped,sold anything that wasn't going to turn around with respect to profitablity.we will continue to do that as we build a bigger company or sell off to an even bigger company(which we have publicly stated on numerous occassions) Best Joe
