I would add though that based on PSS's actions/comments, he is acutely aware of the political/FDA leadership landscape and should not have been caught off guard by what you described might have happened.

If this in fact what happened, it’s what I have been afraid of (in broad outline). The secretary has really strong and probably unpersuadable views on this topic. He’s unlikely to be swayed by flattery and brown-nosing once he digs in on a particular case.

It’s probably not the end of IBRX, but is one more bump in the road and source of additional delay that we don’t need.
