Could be Jess, but if so, the logic escapes me. Did anyone seriously even consider that the U.N. Security Council would NOT accept the terms of the deal? U.N. Secretary Annan was authorized to negotiate a deal on behalf of the U.N.

''Once the Security Council accepts this deal, oil prices are going to go straight down....said Roger Diwan, an analyst at Washington-based Petroleum Finance Corp., said.

Momentum may carry oil a bit futher down, but I think this Roger guy is all wet with his logic. It's clearly obvious that now that not only has the U.N. Secretary General accepted the deal, but the USA has accepted the deal, ergo, the Security Council will accept it also. Wake up Roger dude, there's like, no suspense here dude! -G-
