Ditch:

I run a consulting business out of my house. It's in the technology industry too. Maybe I should go public and issue a hundred million shares and sell them at $0.10 a share to everyone that thinks because you start in a garage you're a future microsoft / apple / dell / whatever. What do you think? Would you buy some? Start the bidding...

Seriously though. I think TG hit the nail on the head. Lots of great companies start out somewhere like that. They're usually not public at the time though. Secondly they usually don't issue a news release that gives investors the impression of dealing with a company that will bring them to the "next level".

Cheers,

KMT

Actually I'm quite good at both, but you will only enjoy the answers to your continued banta fodder. The other side will be used where it counts.

I guess you bought Polaroid, Xerox and Dell when they came out, right!

Funny thing though, the very thing you complain about you do, is that yet another nay standard.

Here's one and it might give you some logic about the stock:
Was the oak tree here before the acorn?

Ditch,
Your view on selling some tee shirts is a very demeaning phrase, when I know you are aware of the potential marketability of a new fad or craze type clothing, such as Mossimo, or Tommy Hilfiger. When you include the concept of sports, or NextLevel, I think you are just purposely turning your back, and closing your eyes to the enormous potential sales, not just in tee shirts, but also sweatshirts, caps, shorts, socks, tennis shoes, backpacks, sunglasses, sunvisors, trading pins, even sports equipment, shin guards, bat bags, bats, balls, footballs, basketballs, tennis rackets, posters, anything associated with sports. Who are you to know this CEO's vision and drive. Has he told you he only is going to market tee shirts, and then close up shop, and blow away in the wind? If you are jealous of a man's aggressiveness in the business community, shouldn't you just state that fact? This man has got idea's that many of us would love to be in possession of. You aren't, so it's beyond you of what this man's overachieving ability can do for him, and people who believe in him. That's me. I believe in his cause. He wants to market sports clothing. I believe there's possibility in the marketplace for him to get a foothold on that market. He could sit around and talk about it, like us, but he's not, he's working on making that happen, one step at a time. That's what is wrong with gaining attention for a product. People think you have to start as a Billion dollar corporation. You don't. First you take a step, then another, and another. Today, tee shirts, tomorrow, footballs. ok? Now flame me all you want. I'm in and staying. If you're not, don't. It's your choice. But I don't deserve your attacks for standing for what I believe in. Leave me out of your petty thinking. Blackie
