Jack: Quality of care. Years ago I bot a new car and after 3 months had overheating problems. Went to the dealer in town 3 times and never could find the problem. Drove out to Calif. and stopped at 4 dealers on the way. Nobody could figure out what the problem was. Stopped at a dirty little radiator shop in Sacremento. The guy stuck a flash light into the fill opening and said. "You got a clogged up radiator." He exchanged radiators and I never had another problem with it. The local dealer also put a patch on a tubeless tire (instead of a plug) which 30 days later came loose while I was going 70 mph. Wheeeeeeeeeeee :-)
