You said:"Mr. Cannavino, a former president at Perot, has joined CCEE as a consultant."

Any evidence?

Charles,

First may I ask what did management do to earn ANY bonus in 96 ? Why would I bother speaking with Mr. Kolesar again, I am still patiently awaiting for the line of crap he fed me last May to materialize ? I do agree with you that Mr. Cannavino is a bright man, he is smart enough not to hold onto CCEE stock he filed to SELL 100% of his holdings last Dec.

Perhaps I would do well to get on line behind him and the other CCEE executives that dont share your faith in the company. Lets keep our fingers crossed that Mr. Cannovinos speech next month leaves us with a reasonable exit point. ...Sean

If you look on the last 10k, page 23 you will see a total of
1.4 million in bonuses.

Charles,

Thoughts At Large:

The above is the indefensible part and where shareholders have every right to be extremely angry. How does one justify the vast majority of this outrageous practice in the rewarding of bad performance? Where is this bonus deserved or earned beyond what is already an undeniably generous salary? If CCC were privately held we'd have no say in the matter, but this is a public company.

One cannot fault being compensated well for good work and making innovative efforts that result in a concentric benefit. However, these avariciously extravagant bonuses with a stock that has plummeted is blatantly shameless. This type of behavior defines why trust will not be redeemed and international credibility will not be attained until there is a meaningful change within the power structure of Computer Concepts.
