KKR, the ruthless characters, are out. Is it because they wanted to fork out smaller part of the pie than Payson wanted? Is it good or bad for Oxford? The answer will be found in actual outcome of negotiations with remaining parties. As an example, issuing lower equity for more money will be favorable to Oxford.

I will add to my long position @18 7/16, if opportunity is presented.

WSJ reported that deal to be finished this week. I do not read NY Times? Would appreciate clarification I have heard nothing on CNBC but maybe I missed it.
