Cannavino's presence there adds credibility to the company and also adds some hope to George's "driver" scenario. I find that in my own business, as it continues to grow, I don't have to "know" everything or even have the talent to make it continue to succeed. I just have to be willing to surround myself with the talent that can take it to the next level and not be so egotistical that I can't recognize my own shortcomings. I think that this may be the difference between wisdom and knowledge. Danny can continue to drive, he just needs to be willing to listen to those who know how to read the map.
