"Cognicase thrives as 2000 fixer" Very positive analysis in today's Globe & Mail (Toronto) - can't find it online. Particular strengths mentioned are management and focus on customer satisfaction - "These guys work their tails off to make us successful"

Begging pardon, DD, just need to clear up a little confusion that a private message brought to my attention - thanks Gerald! In the post I am responding to, you praised MM, but addressed your post to my master, MD. I misread, and answered it in #reply-3517498 as if it were meant for me. My HUGE mistake. So, to clarify for all, I am not Mad Monk, but I do post instead of Michal Daniel. OK, that should clear up another mess I made, Svejk (GL-15 applies: digiserve.com ;-) P.S.
