Moze,

I am with you . We don't have any 97 4th qtr numbers even estimated. The loss of <$.21> they show for _the latest interim period_, appears to be simply the 12 months defined by 10/1/96 through 9/30/97, even though the date on the screen is 1/2/98.

The loss for the 4th qtr of 96 was <$.09> and the loss through 9/30/97 was <$.12> as reported from the filed 10Q's

The good news is that someone besides GB is projecting actual positive earnings. Actually, I may have misspoken. That comment assumes Standard and Poor's gets their input from someone other than GB.

Of course that projection is based on 150 mil shares in the float. Any _new_ treasury stock hitting the street would dilute that number, unless the sale price of the new shares dropped $.10/share to the bottom line.

I would be curious to know where they got their $.10 earnings projection for CCC. Any way to find out? It might give us another idea of who follows this stock.
