Michael: The good news seems to be that the equipment will be replaced with other CDMA equipment. It seems like a neutral to negative development for QCOM, because now there is a general, but misguided, perception of CDMA manufacturers. Unfortunately, MOT is going to take the bullet big time. Also wonder if ERICY can pull off their own version of W-CDMA.

Michael,
Is qcom in a position to pick up some infrastructure business in the case of a MOT set back? Was qcom in the running for replacement infrastructure and LU was chosen? Looking forward for a moment could qcom be in a position to deliver infrastructure to Japan, if MOT struggles? Any thoughts on this?
thanks.
