your best bet is the new generation "all in one" products....fax, scanner, copier. (all in color)

HP's is called the officejet and the cheapiest is around 400. canon, brother and the rest all have versions of the same product

Ive got a Canon B540. Picked it up at Staples for $350. I use it daily. I bought it for the 50 phone number broadcast feature. Will fax any transmission, any length/size to 50 + faxnumbers, at any programmed time and date. Stores the numbers for future use. Great for periodic announcements etc. Good luck......Bama
