Vogel: (this line was all caps in report <g>) We believe WinStar is on it's way to $11 Billion in Valuation by the end of 1999. The rest of report is equally optimistic. Joe Noel will up his numbers and has put WCII as one of his two focus stocks (SAVLY is his other). Grubman was optimistic and reiterated his conservative $64 in 98 price target. I'm making other rounds, as well.
