For some odd reason the stock doesn't seem to be reacting to the news of this record contract. I do not think a contract of this magnitude was expected by the market.

Don't feel bad you didn't miss much of anything.
This stock trades weirdly. It just churns over and over on rather large volume. The first day of the Liviakis announcement was spectacular, but then no follow up. Is anyone out there on top of other Liviakis deals that seem to act accordingly? Large blocks are being dumped, but on the other hand someone is buying them.
