Hello Dan,

Which news item do you think will occur first:

1. JEDEC Superset Standard announcement;
2. An additional production source for ESDRAM;
3. Hitachi 256k sampling in volume;
4. An additional production source for FRAM; or
5. SGS-T decision regarding partnership or licensing?

I am hoping its #1.

Also, did you find it curious that there seemed to be no questions on the conference call concerned the patent litigation? I suppose the analysts consider this to be either (a) too far into the future to be concerned about; or (b) of only limited significance since it can only effect U.S. rights; or (c) both of the above.

I am beginning to wonder whether or not National Semi would be able to use the patent without the help of RMTR or its licensee's outside the states. This stuff is certainly not easy to make and there have been a ton of off shore and U.S. patents from RMTR and its licensee's regarding the ancillary development of a working manufacturing process. In any event hopefully we will all be independently wealthy by the time it sorts itself all out. :-)
