If the trend continues, it will be under a buck soon. There are better plays out there so I have decided to stay away, even for speculating purposes.
Ofcourse, I reserve the right to reverse my position and do something foolish.

hsg,

You write:

>35+ employees? I heard it was a lot less. Can you confirm Bill?

I checked the annual report and, on page 6, it notes:

"....With a contingent of 35 as of December 1997, we continue to enjoy tremendous success in employing highly qualified people to develop, support, and expand our product line and customer base....."

Seems 35 is the right number - at least as of Dec/97.

You also note:

>no news is hurting ICS

I can't disagree with you on that point.

Also, you asked:

>Is it true (a friend who lost his shirt here told me the news came out yesterday) that ICS is under scrutiny for some filings (regulatory issue) - which is a typical story on the VSE?

I checked with the company and got the following reply:

"The financials for the quarter were listed last week as being late in filing because we forgot to sign the bottom of the page. This has been corrected."

I hope that helps.

Bill
