Misleading revenue statements, oh my! Here's what happened:
Zulu itself had ZERO revenues last year. However, Softbank
Interactive Marketing had 39 million. But since Zulu managed
to buy them, that means they must have had quite a bit of
debt, and absolutely no profit- why else would they sell
a majority stake to a penny stock that just underwent a 500:1
reverse split?

Notice how the press releases keep talking about revenue,
but never mention PROFIT? That's because there was none-only
a huge loss.

But since they havnt released any audited financial results,
I guess they can pretty much pick and choose which information
to hype to the press.

Once again, they try to compare themselves to doubleclick
in the press release.. A sad tactic. Penny hype from the
highest levels.

Who wants to bet that they got Softbank advertising unit
for FREE, in exchange for taking on their debt?
