ADC Telecommunications Names Mark Borman Vice President, Investor Relations MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- ADC Telecommunications, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADCT) announced today that it has named Mark Borman as Vice President, Investor Relations. In this position, Borman will be responsible for financial communications and relations with the investment community. Borman joins ADC from General Instrument Corporation, where he was Vice President, Investor Relations and named among the best inventor relations officers by Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team. Prior to joining General Instrument in 1991, Borman held a broad range of financial and strategic planning positions at First Chicago Corporation, FMC Corporation, Price Waterhouse and Main Hurdman. "Mark brings a wealth of investor relations skills and established strong relationships with many of ADC's investors and Wall Street analysts," said Robert E. Switz, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to whom Borman will report.
