On Friday the market tanked at the open on tariff talk and cut its losses and was down 40 points. On Sunday night, pausing the tariffs caused a big rally in the Futures and a night later some of those gains have evaporated. The net gain so far is 13 points if you combine Friday with today's Futures's action . Lots of noise that may just cancel each other out after tomorrow's close. Back to square one for me in terms of picking the best stocks for long/short gains.

I am moving from a market neutral to a bullish stance in regard to my portfolio today. Looking at SPX $6500 moving forward. Bear market is delayed or paused. Will post my newest picks after my ex-students get first dibs.

Rarebird, be reassured your insight is a part of my influences that I read/learn (Breeze with the Elliott wave is also a part of my influences), but the backbone is from my head and instinct. I am really bad at picking highs and lows, but not to bad at generating a strategy. Your insights help me put some borders. I was on the sidelines since a couple of months absorbing the new political/economical environment since it was overwelmingly to complicated for my knowledge. I was good picking junior miners in a relatively calm environment, but I was not confident enough in this one! I red a lot and am now more confident in my capacity to unlock some profit in this environment. The money I earn is because of the influences I consult and the money I lose is on me!
