1) That they expect a feeding frenzy for plant Y2K remediation work as the companies belatedly come to grips with their plant floor Y2K problems.

2) That TAVA is prepared to make money hand over fist when that happens.

Dear Gerry: TAVA was trying to tell us that they will have no significant problem to hire needed employees. Also, that they would likely NOT hire any employees they felt they couldnt use in the future after the embedded systems mess is cleaned up in lieu of that they will use TEMPS to hand the problem. JDN
