Feb. 24 - MIQ.ME - Private Placement Agreement From SI Daily News: Subject 17869 Exploration Mirandor Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a private placement agreement for the issuance of 1,034,483 units to raise $300,000. Each unit will comprise one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant may be exercised to purchase one common share at $0.38 for a period of 18 months. This agreement, subject to regulatory approval is being done through Canaccord Capital Corporation. The funds will be used for the exploration of the company's project.
