There you go looking at a half empty glass again. Try considering it is also HALF FULL.

Before I invest in a stock, I want to fully understand both the half full and half empty perspectives. The half full camp is already well represented here. I'm a contrarian, not a pessimist. If Tava was at $2 and everyone was trashing the company, I would present its strengths.

Has it occurred to you that perhaps the acquisition of Wonderware (a TAVA alliance PARTNER) will help to OPEN UP the field in Europe for TAVA to work its magic?

Yes, it has. This is quite possible for Y2K remediation, but what about the core business after Y2K? Where's the magic then? Siebe/Wonderware owns the customer relationship, uses Tava's CD to do Y2K remediation, and then has the upper hand in all subsequent factory automation work.

A previously unknown European competitor with 5,000 employees buys a large U.S. company in the same business and you see this as an opportunity for Tava to move into Europe. Whose being irrational here?
