hate to say I told you so... but very few of us were buying at the 4 and 5 cents levels and most people were so negative on this one... even on other threads.. most people wouldn't touch NPEC.. now look where we are... aren't you guys glad we showed a litle patience... I admit.. I was nervous too... but I bought when I could and glad to be at almost a dime again.. hoping to close above 10cents tomorrow.. if not today! go NPEC! anyone know if there is news on the horizon or if we're seeing insiders buying or what? jim
