Frankly, I'd like to just put down ground cover instead of grass. It's such a waste.

In Vegas, they often give you credits on your utility bill if you agree to change your landscaping from conventional suburban to desert style landscaping. I had a relative who was in one of those huge Dell Webb geezer, over 55 years old communities and did that at their condo.

I swear, I would rather live in an assisted suicide facility than one of those geezer tracts.
