Please explain even if it is only your opinion. I was very curious why
George Smith resigned at the critical moment. Regardless of whether
he's a good CEO or not, I don't think it is wise to add instability to the
company while they are seeking additional financing. Whatever
happens, there must be a reason for it.

In addition, how can Mr. Hoovel benefit from the Chapter 11 of
the company? Please explain! I really hope the company will
survive. However, if the company fails to get additional finance
and files for Chapter 11, I believe a class action lawsuit will be
waiting for all the top management.
