from an HK point of view, why not panic. so easy in HK to get in, get out, and basically with no consequences either way. you're just in or you are just out. great environment absolutely for sure. today now, every day is a tail risk when you have a crack head in the white house. another crack head in the Crimlin. and I don't think there's one in Beijing actually. Europeans such as they are EU are incapable of crack and most anything else except fine dining. the rest.. been doing their own thang for so long nobody knows for sure what that thang is. lol. and not lol. anyway, the game is played where the game is played.
