TEN is a Greek tanker stock that is selling at 5 times forward earnings with a 9% dividend.

When a stock is trading this cheap, first thing I look at is the earnings to see if it is a value trap. Nope. Last three earnings were small beats. Nothing great, but earnings were fine, no misses.

The Market had MCY for dead trading at 6 times earnings with wildfires raging in CA when I went long 4-5 months ago. Now its up almost 50%.

When I see a stock cut in half, I look for higher lows and very negative sentiment, with shorts calling for bankruptcy and continued declines.
