My guess is that they are listed in thousands(i.e a trade of 10=10000 shares).

Does anyone know why the size of the trades are so small? Take a look at the trades... I saw what seemed to be 1 share at the ask for .50. This seems very unusual.

I don't exactly know but I'll wager a guess. I think it is tactics to test how MMs react to buys and sells. Putting out an order to buy or sell a small amount, say 100 shares, can tell you very much if you know how to read the ticker. Sometimes it is used to see if the MMs create fake volume by trading among themselves. I have seen it on a few active stocks.

And since this is the OTC:BB the Quote.com java ticker shows the volume in lots of 100 shares. Volume right now is 44,801 which actually means 4,480,100 shares. Yahoo gives the right count regardless.
