Hello to all.

By way of introduction, I'm Marty. I've been posting my "thoughts" on Reg. Tech. in the rre.v bbs. I like the idea of an active list for OTC stocks. Do you think Reg. Tech. will ever qualify? Regarding the recent Blip in Reg stock, I've little faith in its indicating the stocks value will go further up. There's no documentation to show that the company's so called "discussions" with unnamed outfits have any meat to them. Most investors have grow tired of the company's
drawn out, tedious reports of testing the engine for one application after the other with no resulting usage. For as long as this company's been promising results (a single licensing agreement) and failing to deliver, it's understandable that investors feel dis-informed and unsatisfied in their expectations.

Your friend,
Marty

RRG,

Over the weekend I received an unsolicited emailing called 'The Stockup Report' (from www.stockup.com). It's a freebie newsletter that was touting their latest find, RGUS. I'd post a copy here, but it's way too long -- I'd be happy to email it to you, though.

I don't know how large their mailing was, but it's one possible explanation of recent activity.
