No one is denying that the Earth might be getting warmer, that's not the issue. What you're doing is pretending that anyone who questions your solutions must be denying the problem. That’s called a strawman argument, it's dishonest. Even if climate change is real and serious, that doesn't give you the right to take away people’s freedoms or force them to hand over their money to government programs and special interest groups. Forcing people to obey through threats or coercion isn’t how a free society works, it’s how authoritarian regimes like Soviet Russia used to operate: at the point of a gun.
