This is not a bid. The release says "definitive agreement" that was "unanimously approved by Wonderware's Board of Directors." That's tough to overcome with a 'bid' from another.

Part of the appeal
of the Siebe deal
may lie in the spiel:
"Wonderware would remain as a separate operating unit within Siebe."

That has to be music to the ears of WNDR's managers and developers.

And it appears that Siebe is in the same business. A lovely fit for the company. And I've more than doubled my money in 15 months. I'm not about to sue for a few more bucks.
