<.. or in house?..>

Most of these don't make DJ. Some do get put across First Call, but these I got directly. Fwiw, Reagan this am (whose target is fast approaching) somewhat begrudgingly acknowledged their success, emphasized their NON telecom (information services) businesses making their quarter, but likened their 98 challenge to integrate the 3 acquisitions, and to meet their targets of 30 by 98, "MINIMUM" of 40 by 99, and P-MP online in 99, to be like changing a tire while moving at 60mph.

(Do we think they have it together "operationally"? Steven? ....isn't this new guy from MFS and MCI an ops guy?)

Reagan also kept his $40 price target, but seemingly hedged stating he believes that WCII will outperform the market for the rest of the year, with revenues growing to more than $200MM and sequential declines in cashflow losses. He emphasized their strategic "national footprint" value in this $57B market.
