I saw that earlier today and initially thought fake news but then remembered Mr. Peepers, et al. want war. Also note the precision targeting although the claim is this was cloak and dagger and targeted sites with drones launched from nearby trucks. Regardless, it demonstrates the asymmetric nature of these newer weapons platforms. Russia is a large land mass with a decaying culture. Why taunt it when it still has the most nuclear weapons in the world? To be fair, many of those weapons are from an erstwhile era. Even if you presume half of them work that still leaves you with the most save for USSA. -gulp-
