At this point, with a decision in place, we will ride the position
and take the risk to what we believe is a max promote value of $15.00
if they win the appeal, and then back to $7.00 when the mkt figures
out it will take years to go to trial-which right PDG has.
If we are right and KRY loses the appeal we expect to cover at $2.00
(cdn).
