What I often see is foreigners selling overnight, but the market largely recovering once the regular session begins. Short term I am in the modest bullish camp. Sure, risk increases the higher the major indices rise from these levels. It is not going to end well - not at these levels - but it can go much higher first, to at least $SPX 6500. SPX 7000 is not out of the question.
