Greenspan strongly supports the Asia loans. Says the money needs to be in place because if a disaster occurs no one will have time to react if the money isn't in place. I can't remember who questioned him about this, but she made the point that demagogues were trying to make the IMF loans appear as if we were "giving" Asia something, when in fact, she asserted, we are actually stabilizing world markets, and thus our own market by establishing these lines of credit. There was much much more on SEA, including Greenspan's view that it may actually act as a break on inflationary pressures here.

That was a very poor rebound on the 15 minute chart !
(1) I have a stop buy to cover on MU
(2) I also have limit order to cover on MU
Within the next 4 days one will get hit !
