Does anyone have a clue as to what happened to our detailed
news that was supposed to be released yesterday?

I've been waiting for that, too, Ken. But when I re-read Friday's news, I realized that it said "The company plans a news release on Monday...", that was no promise, as I had earlier said.

Could be today, might be Friday...they must be working very hard on the wording!

Cheers!
Rick

Yes I agree. He's not even sure why. I think that if you
do something against SI ethics you should receive a warning with
an explanation for the reason with a chance to defend you actions.

I received an email from D Smith with the following;
To all:

There is no additional information to be released concerning the Class V permit. That statement was in error in Friday's release.

The big news as far as I am concerned is that the well was not approved for just 7,500 bpd but is approved for 14,400 bpd. Get your calculators out. They still believe that $21 per barrel (.50 per gallon) is a good number but mileage may vary.

Don't be surprised if the Governor signs off on the well substantially
early and don't be surprised if we have substantial revenues from the
well for March, April, and May (next quarter).

They should release LPSL news hopefully by the end of the week. Same
thing hopefully for the Form 10.

If they had kicked me off for something like that, I would fight it tooth and nail...
If this free, that would be more understandable, but no way would I let them
get away with this after I paid my hard earned money so that I could post here, unless of course they refunded some of my money back....They would have a
HUGH fight on their hands.. Like you said, I've seen MUCH worse out there.
Now for people who go around pumping and dumping stocks, that might be a
good reason, but not for just talking bad about a broker........geez.
