thought I should add that I wasn't even thinking of Japan's exports
to SEA(which I should have thought of) but rather Japan's imports from SEA...if Japan is mired in the "whatever", it won't help to
spur SEA's recovery...
I have heard conflicting statements about SEA's recent exports here..
one person reported that they were down since on Bloomberg news I
heard they had risen at a port in California...
again I find it confusing because one hears just bits and pieces and
usually one isn't given comparisions from the previous year etc..
p.s. I find it a joke when I read that gold closed down because there
wouldn't be a need for it to be a safe haven since no war..since during the last war gold quickly faded...I am hoping after this downslide..(however low it might go the bull market will start in
gold-noticed equities were going up even when certain companies reported worse than expected earnings...if that isn't a mania..what
is)
