It can be done.

This his how you deport 15 million illegals in a year.
1. Appoint 1,200 immigration judges. (I don't know how many we have now, but we probably need more.)
2. Each detainee gets 10 minutes to explain why he/she shouldn't be deported. The hearings can be in person, via video, or via video from a foreign embassy. Each judge rules on 40 cases per day, not including no-shows. With 1,200 judges, that's 48,000 cases per day.
3. At that rate, it would take under a year to give due process and deport 15 million illegal immigrants.
