Again, you are focusing on SPX and QQQ.

EFA is not in a bubble.

Everything is not in a bubble, but quite the contrary.

As long as the Fed artificially pumps liquidity to prevent natural corrective cycles, it doesn't matter how many sellers want to sell just because they realize it's a bubble

For a true correction in housing , a deflationary cycle with high unemployment is needed.
